    The person who helped atleast knew the specs of the top of his head. which i already knew cause i know a lot about electronics. also he made it very easy to get the product and offered anything to help me get it set up and offered installation

    I decided to get this Samsung oled tv after speaking with Chris your sales personnel! He was very knowledgeable and I’m so happy with this purchase. The clarity of the screen makes it so much more enjoyable to watch tv! It’s lifelike!

    Great TV but full control using Spectrum's box controller failed. Still have to use bother the TV's and Spectrum's controllers to turn the TV on and off with the TV's and all other functions work fine once the TV is on.

    My old plasma finally gave up the ghost. I’ve never been a fan of LED TV’s, but this OLED is a great substitute for my plasma, especially in regards to angle viewing and dark colors.

      It's great to hear that you are enjoying your S90C TV, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the internet issues you experienced.

      Please be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You can enable automatic updates for convenience.
      Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      If you continue to have issues with the internet, please try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

    Recently purchased a regular LED TV before purchasing this one and now I am returning the previous one and it replacing with another S90C OLED. This display is gorgeous you can definitely notice the difference.

    This is the best flat panel TV I’ve ever had. It beats the pants off of any LCD, and is even brighter and has better contrast than our old plasma TV.

    Works as expected with the exception of the PS5 is not hitting the 120 refresh rate. Having the proper hdmi cables, not sure if it’s something in the settings that I’m missing. Great TV and works flawlessly with the Polk S4 sound bar.

    It looks better than my lg oled and it has a faster response time what more could a gamer want the hdr may be a little to bright but that’s nothing a few adjustments won’t fix
