Samsung OLED TV

The picture is great but the signal seems to buffer a lot compared to my other Samsung smart tvs. All on the same eeros mesh system. A little disappointed with the consistency. Mark

Thank you for your review. Buffering when streaming content online is related to your internet connection speed. Buffering may occur on your TV while streaming video content over the internet. Buffering usually occurs when your internet connection provided by your ISP cannot supply data fast enough for the playback device.
We suggest you try the following:
1) Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
2) Try wired LAN if available
3) Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity.
5) Lastly, to further optimize the TV’s performance, please also try running Device Care: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
Should your issue persist, you may want to contact your ISP to check or increase your internet speed.

Samsung service is the problem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV picture is great, but we are already on the second 65 inch S90 in 4 short months. Recent TV was stuck on an intermittent Samsung message that was random in timing, but would fill the full screen blocking our view.. Samsung could not solve even with a remote log in and reset. We sent many pictures of the message saying contact Samsung. They were not helpful, so I am losing out my money, throwing the TV away, and buying any other brand. Samsung service is a nightmare to deal with, long wait times and no resoltition.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought Samsung OLED in Nov. 2024 from Best Buy and 3 months later the sound went out. Unplugged and plugged it in and sound came back. Several weeks later sound went out again. Contacted Best Buy & since I did not buy extended warranty, I had to deal with Samsung. Sound continues to go out and finally called Samsung and they helped me fix the problem (I thought). Anyway the problem is continuing to occur. I’m not sure if this problem is very isolated but I would consider another brand
