    Bought to replace older 1080p smart tv by Sharp. I was told I would be able to pause and rewind antenna tv with the addition of a thumb drive. Same as my old Sharp, but that is not the case. The manual pdf is 254 pages, but it gives you instructions to all their OLED. The problem with that is the pdf is mostly filled with, "this option may not be available on your tv or in your area." I know I can in my area because this is the only 1 out of 3 that won't do it. Samsung has been no help. They answered a question with a link to their Australian line that by their own admission wouldn't help, and it didn't. I left all settings factory since the AI is supposed to be so good. Most things you watch the ai tries to hard to upscale giving you slightly squiggly backgrounds, and unnatural colors. Especially skin texture and tone. It has a great picture when you're watching something made for 4k uhd, but it seems like that's fewer than I realized. My experience with this tv has been overly frustrating. The Sharp it replaced has a better picture for most watching and I can pause and rewind up to a hour and a half. I'm sure the Samsung has more smart functions, but the tv function is lacking.

    Picture is excellent, audio has problems. Video and audio don’t sync properly using the TV speakers or an AV receiver using the optical cable. The audio delay parameter helps but still doesn’t sync correctly using the optical cable. AI affects both video and audio, cannot use AI for audio without AI affecting video.

      We appreciate your feedback on the lip sync issues you’re experiencing with your TV. This could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a receiver, soundbar, or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay

      Our TVs have an audio Pass-Through feature, which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external device then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.

      On your TV, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

      Please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

    Outstanding product with an excellent bright screen. There is also very good AI upscaling along with an easily navigated screen and app control. We also have an antenna and the TV dies an excellent job capturing channels

    Awesome picture, but like all the Samsungs I have had, wireless capabilities are questionable. Ended up attaching the TV directly to the router….

      Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your TV. This may be caused by a network issue. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

      1) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)

      2) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.

      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

      5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Don’t buy. Needs update.

    I do not like this tv. This has to be the slowest tv I ever owned. Also hard to add and find new apps. Do not like this interface. My 2019 LG 77” Oled was awesome but this 2025 tv is a joke. Wish I could return it. This Tv lags and voice command is junk too. Very disappointed in this TV.

      Samsung offers hundreds of apps in our App Store that you can download, and we are continuously adding more premium content and new services to our Smart TV platform. To access the App Store, press the Home button on your remote, which redirects you to the Home Screen. Press the left directional button to select Media, which located on the leftmost part of the Smart Hub Home Screen within the static menu. From there, select APPS to see a variety of available apps and install the ones you’d like.

    The first tv didn't work so I returned it. When setting it up, the audio was fine but the visual did not work; only got a black screen. The second tv is working beautifully.

    I read the reviews, did the research. It came down to either the LG C4 or this S90D, which I went with. The picture quality is stunning especially when it’s HDR. No regrets at all. The S90D is amazing.
