    Unfortunately I didn't discover an issue with the panel until a couple days after my return window ended. https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/diagonal-lines-on-s90d/td-p/11383849 - wish Bestbuy could have helped me exchanged for a new one.

    Tv didnt even turn on out of box new no picture just light on tv. I wish it worked it was a good deal for 999.00

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your S90D TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

      Intelligent Mode also enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.

    THE TV ITSELF 5 stars. BEST BUY CUSTOMER SUPPORT is ONE STAR. Bought this TV and it went on sale 17 days after I bought it for 300 dollars cheaper. They would not price match it. Thanks Best Buy you just lost a customer.

    Your failure to advise me about the TV mounting process I purchased through you cost me an extra $260. I have five computers, three televisions and several other electronic products. Based upon this purchase, I hope to never shop in Best Buy again.

    The tv is 5/5 stars but the trouble I had to go through to get the tv is worth a 1 star review. The management at Best Buy Simi Valley are completely unprofessional and quite useless.

    The best TV I've ever owned. The richness of the colors on a Samsung just can't be beat. The blacks are deeper, the screen is brighter. Totaly worth it.

    Picture not as great as hoped

    Maybe its the fact that I usually watch live TV on YouTube TV without the 4k package, but I wasn't overly impressed considering I was replacing a Sony Bravia TV that was about 12 years old. I will say games on my PS5 are a noticable improvement over the old Bravia though.

    Samsung OLED TV

    Purchased a Samsung 55 inch OLED TV a few months ago. The picture is great but the signal seems to buffer a lot compared to my other Samsung smart tvs. All on the same eeros mesh system. A little disappointed with the consistency. Mark

      Thank you for your review. Buffering when streaming content online is related to your internet connection speed. Buffering may occur on your TV while streaming video content over the internet. Buffering usually occurs when your internet connection provided by your ISP cannot supply data fast enough for the playback device.

      We suggest you try the following:
      1) Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
      2) Try wired LAN if available
      3) Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
      4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity.
      5) Lastly, to further optimize the TV’s performance, please also try running Device Care: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

      Should your issue persist, you may want to contact your ISP to check or increase your internet speed.

    Samsung service is the problem

    TV picture is great, but we are already on the second 65 inch S90 in 4 short months. Recent TV was stuck on an intermittent Samsung message that was random in timing, but would fill the full screen blocking our view.. Samsung could not solve even with a remote log in and reset. We sent many pictures of the message saying contact Samsung. They were not helpful, so I am losing out my money, throwing the TV away, and buying any other brand. Samsung service is a nightmare to deal with, long wait times and no resoltition.

    Bought Samsung OLED in Nov. 2024 from Best Buy and 3 months later the sound went out. Unplugged and plugged it in and sound came back. Several weeks later sound went out again. Contacted Best Buy & since I did not buy extended warranty, I had to deal with Samsung. Sound continues to go out and finally called Samsung and they helped me fix the problem (I thought). Anyway the problem is continuing to occur. I’m not sure if this problem is very isolated but I would consider another brand
