My old Samsung 46” had the screen fail after 18 years of use. I up graded to 55” to max out my screen space i use over the fireplace. Wow the Oled was great improvement over my old TV. Clear picture quality. Should have replaced earlier.

I like it’s color and smoothness in picture frames

Amazing image quality and contrast. I did have an issue where I'd lose audio through the soundbar (optical) and I need to restart the TV. I've read online that others are having the issue to. Hopefully it gets fixed with a firmware update.

This is the most amazing tv i’ve ever had and have ever seen compared to other peoples’ setups. The image and clarity is amazing and the navigation for settings and changing device inputs is seamless, Samsung still has the best tvs!

I got this OLED TV and I've been using it for roughly 5 months now and it is has been a wonderful experience so far. The picture quality is very sharp and clear and has colours that absolutely pop, especially when gaming. Fast response times, deep blacks, and vibrant visuals make every movie and game feel more immersive. A must-buy, and would buy again!

The picture and sound quality is very good. I will be purchasing another TV for another room in the house and I would definitely buy another one of the exact same make and model.

This thing is beautiful. I've always been a fan of Samsung and Sony OLEDs. The color reproduction is unmatched. I went with this over similar Sony models mainly due to pricing (this was on a decent sale at the time of purchase), as well as a few other creature comforts, like UI, easy screen mirroring, and good I/O options. Movies really Pop on this thing. Pair this with a decent surround sound system, and you'll have an awesome home theater setup. Now I've only owned this for a few weeks, so I can't report on things like burn in. I've heard many mixed things about burn in, especially on QD-OLED...but time will tell. I've owned a few Samsung Galaxy phones with OLED screens over the years, and never had an issue with burn-in, so hopefully Samsung's TVs follow this trend.

Getting this TV has brought me to a level of enjoying watching TV I have never had before. Picture quality, color and sharpness is light years ahead of what I had and expected. Truly a pleasure and great improvement.

I love this TV. I was coming from a 48" 1080p i bought from best buy 12 years ago. This thing blew me out of the water. I love watching movies and tv shows now.

Got this as an upgrade from a tcl uhdr tv and I'm loving it, paired with the ps5 pro, the visuals, crisp images, dolby atmos coming in clutch, the frame rate is amazing.

Great colors and definition. Has all the capabilities to stream and many other features. Last 55 inch tv is ten years old. The technology is better.

Absolutely a beast of a machine. Will not disappoint, if your gaming on next gen consoles best bang for your buck without a doubt

We are very pleased with our new 55” Samsung OLED Smart TV. The quality of the display is excellent!! The screen is smooth and the physical size is so thin! We are still learning how to use the features, but are thoroughly enjoying our purchase!! And as always, the team at Best Buy was fabulous!

Great TV, excellent bargain, only thing not great is the sound.

I’m very pleased with the Samsung 55” TV. It was purchased to replace a 2016 Panasonic Plasma TV, that still had a beautiful picture, but had a few other issues. It would be great if this TV gives me the same longevity & service of the last one. I guess we’ll have to wait & see. Needless to say it has a ton more appreciated features from my previous TV, & was fairly easy to adapt to all of my other components. My sales associate was very knowledgeable & helpful, the delivery was very good, all in all a very good experience. Thanks

This was an excellent buy at Best Buy. The picture is absolutely beautiful. Pair it with a Samsung soundbar to increase the aidio quality.

The new OLED TV is a huge upgrade from the previous smart Samsung model. The picture is vibrant and sharp. Accessing the apps is easy and the sound quality is superior.
