    Outstanding product with an excellent bright screen. There is also very good AI upscaling along with an easily navigated screen and app control. We also have an antenna and the TV dies an excellent job capturing channels

    Picture is excellent, audio has problems. Video and audio don’t sync properly using the TV speakers or an AV receiver using the optical cable. The audio delay parameter helps but still doesn’t sync correctly using the optical cable. AI affects both video and audio, cannot use AI for audio without AI affecting video.

      We appreciate your feedback on the lip sync issues you’re experiencing with your TV. This could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a receiver, soundbar, or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay

      Our TVs have an audio Pass-Through feature, which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external device then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.

      On your TV, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

      Please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

    I read the reviews, did the research. It came down to either the LG C4 or this S90D, which I went with. The picture quality is stunning especially when it’s HDR. No regrets at all. The S90D is amazing.

    I am very happy with the TV, but extremely unhappy with the customer service related to the points I received on opening a Best Buy Visa for the purchase. The salesman told me the points would never expire. However, within a few weeks the points automatically converted to Best Buy Rewards certificates without my knowledge, and then the rewards certificates expired within 2 months. I had no idea this would happen, and did not find out until months later when I planned to use the points. I asked in a Best Buy store if there was any recourse to get the points or rewards back, and was told that I could call 800-BESTBUY and ask to have the certificates reissued. I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then spoke to someone for another 40 minutes (much of it on hold), and was finally told that the rewards certificates could not be reissued because more than 30 days since they expired had gone by. The certificates were worth $155. I pointed out that I was never told about points converting to rewards certificates, nor that the certificates would expire; however, the person I spoke to said they could not reissue the certificates or do anything. I also pointed out that I had wasted one hour of my time and 40 minutes of their time on this matter, only because I was told in the store that the certificates could be reissued. Based on this experience, I will never do business with Best Buy again.

    Awesome picture, but like all the Samsungs I have had, wireless capabilities are questionable. Ended up attaching the TV directly to the router….

      Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your TV. This may be caused by a network issue. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

      1) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)

      2) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.

      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

      5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    The first tv didn't work so I returned it. When setting it up, the audio was fine but the visual did not work; only got a black screen. The second tv is working beautifully.

    This tv is incredible I was in between this and LG oled but my sister has this in her room and I loved it so I even bought the soundbar and it’s all incredible together
