Very easy to purchase and pick up our new TV! Love the clarity, picture and detail. Love how slim and sleek the design of the TV.

The picture brings out the true colors and it was actually easy to set up..We’d buy another one..

I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had with Best Buy, and I feel compelled to warn others. Over the 4th of July, I purchased a TV during what was advertised as a special promotion. A the deciding factor of why I moved forward was the additional $300 markdown, a limited-time discount that made this particular model worth it. Unfortunately, due to Best Buy’s complete mishandling of my order, I ended up losing out on that deal entirely. I purchased the TV in open-box excellent condition, which Best Buy defines as essentially like new: original packaging, all included accessories (remote, TV stand, paperwork), and minimal to no cosmetic issues. What I received was nowhere close. It arrived in a makeshift “box” made from three damaged cardboard boxes taped together. There was no stand, no remote, no paperwork and the TV itself was clearly labeled in fair condition with noticeable scratches and scuffs. This was NOT what I paid for. When I attempted to return or exchange it for the correct item, I was told Best Buy couldn’t process a full return because I used a $400 coupon. That’s right, they sent me the wrong product and then penalized me for using their discount. I was passed back and forth between Samsung and the coupon issuer, both of whom confirmed that Best Buy has the authority to refund or exchange the full amount, coupon included. Best Buy just refused to take responsibility. To make things worse, the store I purchased it from had the audacity to offer me a $50 store CREDIT, plus a universal stand and remote. When I pointed out that at the very least they should be giving me back the difference in price between an “excellent” and “fair” condition TV (which was $75) and asked for that, they said they couldn’t do it. At this point, I genuinely believe the entire process was designed to exhaust me into giving up on my refund. It was dishonest, frustrating, and incredibly disrespectful of my time and money. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

The color on this tv is awesome, salesman was great to talk to seemed very knowledgable very good service and product. Delivery men were also great.

Excellent tv the best that I have i could not have best

Great tv. We originally bought a TV at Best Buy with the warranty. The TV broke and was not fixable so Best Buy replaced the product!

Great price for what you get. Such a thin tv and audio is amazing unlike other tvs. Resolutions is beautiful as well. First OLED and I will never go back.

Great picture quality, but the menu is full of ads and its a huge dealbreaker. Just to switch from one streaming app to another you need to click like 5 times through all these ads. I would pass on any Samsung until they change their menus. Attached picture is the menu just to change apps... notice they are the smallest thing on the screen and below multiple lines of ads

Great tv had it for less than a month and the tv showes a small green dot in the screen. Samsung care says its a signal dot and if it gets worse to get care for it. Might just return the tv instead

The Samsung S90D OLED has great picture quality, but the FORCED screen saver ruins the experience. Pausing for more than a minute triggers a distracting black screen with lights, and there’s no way to turn it off. For a TV at this price, I expected more control over basic features. Very disappointing. DO NOT BUY IT!!

This oled tv is far better that some really expesive comouter monitors. I was really surprised with the image quality. Gloss reflective glass like finish, and colors super colorful and vibrant. The sound is really clear as well and has deep base tones to balance out the different sounds which is also really nice. Another great feature that sold me on it was its availability to run at 144hz for computer gaming. 120hz for tv and consoles but flawless no lag experience at the same time. I loved this so much that i bought another 42 inch one for another computer in my home.
