I was able to pick up this TV open-box excellent and got lucky since the panel still had the tv film and was basically brand new. After 2 weeks of use, I can say that i’m very impressed with not only the quality of the colors but the responsiveness in game mode. I used a 27 inch monitor the past 7 years for gaming and this tv in game mode feels like it has even better input lag than my monitor. I see it as a 55 inch monitor that can also play movies and HDR 10+ on this thing is incredible. I’m happy to have a TV for dual purpose use and don’t think I can ever go back to a monitor. TV’s have advanced so far in terms of input lag and the S90D is a testament to that

Solid starter 4k OLED TV. Stand was easy to assemble and attached to the TV but it's probably best to have it wall mounted if possible. Picture quality was good out of the box and the configuring the settings was easy to do with the UI. I've primarily been using this TV to play games and haven't gotten into any issues with burn-in or a noticeable reduction in picture quality or brightness on the game mode setting. Only downside is the sound isn't the best. It's fine but it feels muffled and, if you can, you'd be better with getting a sound bar to go with this TV

High quality picture! I was concerned about backlighting strength as TV is close to a window (not direct sunlight) however it has not been an issue. Picture quality remains sharp in daylight. Sound quality is acceptable. I will add a soundbar to improve movie experience however for everyday use its as good as any TV I have owned in the past. Intuitive app-store. All necessary apps available and many pre-installed which simplified the setup.

Excellent picture quality and ease of use. Only issue is the tiny remote, but I use the remote for Direct TV, so no real problem.

My first impressions of the TV weren't good because I didn't like the default settings (based on Eco picture mode). But once I researched how to configure my TV for mixed viewing and I adjusted the settings, I became a fan. Most reviewers recommended Movie or Filmmaker mode and a few other tweaks. I use Movie mode during the day and Filmmaker mode at night. The skin tones are realistic (if you've got the settings right) and the blacks are deep black. Very nice.

I love our new Samsung OLED. The picture is sharp, the colors are vivid, and the sound is excellent. While the same could be said for many smart TVs, three factors tipped the balance to my choice: 1) our old TV was a Samsung and I like the brand; 2) the TV has a central pedestal rather than four feet so it would work with our current TV stand; and 3) the remote is very simple and doesn't have a hundred buttons as so many do.

Purchased the 55” for a Bedroom and it has an incredible picture with great blacks. The sound from the TV fills the bedroom and I don’t need to purchase a soundbar. The remote, being designed for voice operation, is easier to use and its accurate. Using the Best Buy app with AR to virtual see it in your room was helpful in picking the size. Joining the Total Member program is a good deal if you purchase multiple apple devices along with other Best Buy purchases.

Absolutely the nicest television We’ve ever owned. Beautiful, detailed picture. The colors reach out and surround you. The best money I’ve ever spent buying a television and I bought 5 year geek squad extended warranty. Looking forward to enjoying with my grandchildren for years to come.

Amazing Picture, Great Sound, and Easy to Use! I recently purchased this TV and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The picture quality is outstanding — colors are vivid, blacks are deep, and the 4K resolution really makes a difference whether I’m watching movies, sports, or just streaming shows. The sound is surprisingly clear and powerful for a flat-screen TV, which saved me from needing a soundbar right away.

The TV was very easy to setup and projects well in light and dark settings.

Everything I was hoping for. Picture quality, color,sound. I turned down the brightness a little bit because my room is not large.

The picture on this TV is really crystal clear, even despite the large size of it. Fits our wall so well, looks great. One small issue with sound not coming out a few times, but I'm not sure if it's something with the sound bar or the TV. When we called the sound bar company, they ran diagnostics remotely and determined that all was well with the sound bar and it must be the TV. But that's a rare event and 97% of the time it works fine. Despite this small annoyance, I still recommend it just because the TV is so good. We hope it lasts a long time.

Wonderful picture quality. Colors, resolution are perfect. Blacks and whites are absolute. Built in speakers are surprisingly good for their size and location. I have a sound bar that is excellent so i might give that a try. The OLED tv is light compared to its predecessor which helps with single-person moving.

Use to me a SONY man for many years, however, this SAMSUNG S90D is a real game changer, the picture is spectacular and the speakers it came with were very adequate but decided to upgrade to a SAMSUNG Q-SYMPHONY soundbar and what a difference it made. This set just about synched itself to my existing cable box and the price point was very reasonable and attainable with Best Buys generous credit card terms. I would do it all over again for sure.
