Excellent condition and the TV had scratch marks dense and just utterly looked horrible. It looks like someone took a knife to this TV. I’m sure the TV is fine. If you actually get a decent unit, I just got unlucky.

Open box didn't work

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

However the delivery and delivery of our purchase and all the extra we paid for was none existence from the beginning. Only AI was available in the Philippines who had no idea of our location was someone to speak with only after reaching someone in California who could not help with substituted product was delivered for us in FL. Wrong product by 3rd party and not the GeekSquad we paid for. Had to make 3 trips from our house to the store to straighten all the problems out as they do not have a phone to help after any purchase. Absolutely a mess and problems for our time. No compensation for all our time, gas and running around what could have been solved by a direct phone call. Will go elsewhere for this reason. Meanwhile sales people and managers in the store were just hanging around all over the store- not busy just hanging around with each other on the floor. Your customer service is no existent and that was and would be a problem. For that reason we will definitely buy products elsewhere. Maybe you should fix this service when they can not help. We gave 5 stars for the original salesman but nothing else. Zero for your entire company. Never again will we do business with Best Buy for these problems.

Set up is easy right out of the box. Especially if you are s Samsung/ google user. A little harder if you are an Apple user. But still pretty easy
