Great Quaility

Problems right out of the box and now many more.

WiFi never worked, now the remote doesn't work, and the TV powers off and on randomly after only 4 months! I would not recommend this TV to anyone. After countless hours getting service scheduled, a no show with the repair parts. so much for customer service.

Best 55" OLED TV

Prior to this device I had LGs OLED TVs and they are very good but just not as good. Also, the 55" S95B is Consumer Reports highest rated OLED TV. So far, my only negative for the device is it does not have an ON Timer.

Of course we wanted another Samsung and we are not disappointed. we color and brightness is wonderful. the young lady that showed us the features of the new TV was very helpful.

Excellent TV with a disappointing menu system

The picture, viewing angles, and anti-glare is amazing, no regrets there, but the smart functions menu is slow and will often freeze if you do anything too fast. I used to take the menu system on a TV for granted, but unfortunately that is not the case anymore.

But as a TV it’s good if you’re going to input a console in it. Doesn’t have Dolby vision and the Disney + looks horrible when streaming from tv. For the money you’re paying for this type of product it’s should be passing with flying colors.

A simply beautiful picture and super slim screen!

I could not believe the difference in clarity and color separation from the OLED panel. I loved it so much I went back to Best Buy 2 days later and bought another one!

Fantastic picture but slow menu

I would have given 5 stars but the menu system often pauses and flickers navigating between apps. Also it has gotten overwhelmed a few times switching apps and I have had to turn off and on again. It is not terrible, but mildly annoying sometimes.
