    Bought this TV for the form factor and aesthetic. We really liked the fact that it would fit into our feature wall with our other paintings and photos. I think the video quality is probably not as high as "dedicated" higher end Samsung TVs (we don't need to have the blackest blacks etc), but for watching movies it is still very good.

    5 Months in and its DEAD. After some searching and looking at the community forums, I have realized this a very common issues with Samsung devices that use the fiber optic cable and the one connect box. Please, Sony do us a favor and come out with a frame TV. Samsung is absolute garbage.

    Best Buy was great getting the tv on time. I was disappointed in how long and the number of call it took to get the credit issue resolved. The manual leave much to be desired.

    It’s a great tv as a frame. If you are looking for picture quality you can do better for a lower price. If you’re looking for a statement piece as we were it’s perfect.

    Phillip did an excellent job installing the Frame. Sonos configuration took me an extra day or two! (To coordinate reconfiguration of my Netgear N7000 Router.)

    Love this TV but it is a bit high maintenance to install on the wall without the cords showing in anyways. Overall happy with the TV and look it gives as a piece of art.

    The TV was amazing at first. 2 years later it's completely bricked. It's in a constant reboot state. The only fix is to bring to Samsung to repair. Check the forums on Samsung, this is a known issue and they aren't offering warranty coverage for it.

    I have had this TV for a little over 2.5 weeks and of course 2 days after my 15 day return window ended I am now having issues. The TV randomly turns itself off, the home button on the remote no longer works and the button to turn on art mode no longer works unless I unplug everything and then plug it back in. Even after that it only works for a short time. I tried talking to Samsung who referred me back to Best Buy who won't help me.

    There’s nothing that says all of the brains of the tv are in a box, connected by a wire. So don’t be fooled thinking you can hang it on the wall and be done. You will need a spot for the box to go. The wire does not stay in the crevice on the back of the tv, so hanging it and getting the wire behind is difficult. The TV also lags when selecting different apps. Not a lot of free picture selections.

This thin and clear cable is connected to the One Connect box, which can be hidden from view, making it feel like there is no cable at all.     Our TV was above the fireplace, which is fine, but not visually appealing. My wife really wanted it, so I spent the cash. It's a bit pricey, but it does look awesome above our fireplace.
