This tv comes with a proprietary brick aprox the size of a ps4. I stream everything and therefore, don’t need hdmi inputs. The one connect box is unneeded, and yet I have to have it for the tv to work. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. A total turnoff on a tv I paid 1500 for after taxes.

Trying to sign in Samsung account on TV the remote wouldn't go down on the keyboard, only up or sideways. It will be the last time I buy something because it was "the latest trend".

Aside from the actual photo feature, the invisible cable that connects to the offsite power and video console makes for a very clean display area.

The main issue for us has been it's inability to hold a steady system connection. Initially we thought it was an issue with our internet service provider, then thought it was perhaps our router/modem setup. After upgrading both, we finally looked up the "Samsung Frame TV connection issue" and realized it's a known issue experienced by many. Considering the price we paid for it, it's lack of reliability compared to other devices in the house that never have connection issues feels particularly disappointing.
