    The tv is nice, but the remote is horrible. Too many buttons that are unnecessary. We ordered the same tv with a bigger screen for another room in the house, and it has a MUCH simpler remote.

    Horrible piece of crap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIs JUNK. The image is good but you are constantly getting a black screen with a spinning circle or a blue screen saying there is no connection to “the source” and OF COURSE you get ZERO support from BEST BUY except we advise you call the manufacturer.
