This smart television is really great. It is user friendly and has a very good display.

It's a good tv. Only drawback is that it has no voice search feature.

We are happy with the TV is works great and we are enjoying it.

My wife and myself were insulted by a store manager in the Merrillville Indiana store. We purchased a Samsung 55 inch tv during the month of November 2023. We didn't open the box and set up until December 24,2023 only to discover the tv screen was damaged. We purchased a 5 year warranty as we always do when making purchases from Best Buy. Our first attempt to resolve this problem was call Geek Squad who advised they didn't repair tv's to bring the tv back to the store. Upo returning the tv myself and my wife explained the situation to the store manager and she stated we caused the damage and she was not going to allow us to return the tv because webwere defrauding her store. We called the corporate office who allowed us to return the tv with a full refund. Best Buy please evaluate who you havebin leadership positions who are representing your company. We were humiliated by her statements and her lack of professionalism! I didn't want to give a star but the young lady who assisted at the register was professional and well spoken.

As wit most tvs sound needs improving, but excellent tv

for the price you could not go wrong, wonderful visuals

I have been Samsung fan for years but this TV has changed that. The system itself lags beyond belief for 2024. The sound is terrible and has to be turned way up to hear clearly. I've had it less than a year and now the buttons are literally falling out of the remote. Absolutely the worst product I've owned. Never again will I buy Samsung.

I would give it 5 stars but I have a very common issue almost weekly. My WiFi gets disconnected very frequently up to twice a week. Slow response from remote clicks.

Ugh I waited to open this tv 3 months after I bought it and it was the THE WORST DECISION EVER if I had opened it in within it return date it would’ve went back the tv have connectivity problems and the apps run soooo slow even when only the tv is connected to WiFi it’s a TERRIBLE tv I recommend Sony or lg but definitely not Samsung

I think this may be a good tv if you have cable. I do not have cable and watch local tv channels using an antenna. It is okay for streaming some apps but I just tried to download the NBA App and it appears to not be available on this Samsung tv. I had to rely on my Amazon Insignia tv that I absolutely love. Also on the Amazon Insignia tv I can “rewind” if needed when watching antenna tv. That option is NOT available on the Samsung tv. Honestly, I would absolutely not buy this tv again and might recommend it if you use cable tv.
