Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

Thank you for your purchase and for reaching out to us. Please know that this TV supports AirPlay 2 and requires iOS12.3 or later or mac OS 10.14.5 or later. If you are experiencing issues connecting your Apple device, I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps.
First, please ensure your Apple device and Samsung TV are up to date with the latest Firmware Update. To update your TV, go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, when connecting your devices please ensure both are connected to the same Wi-fi connection. To connect your device go to Source > Connection Guide > Smartphone > Apple AirPlay.

The resolution is great, especially for the price and the sound level is super good. Super easy to use and set up which is a plus. One thing that’s a little annoying is there is a slight delay when using the remote but that’s not that big of a deal. Everything else is perfect

The two men who brought and installed the TV on the wall did a great job. No complaints from us. They removed the old TV and took it with them. This is the 5th big screen TV we have bought from Best Buy since 1998. And have bought a couple of smaller ones for wedding gifts for our children. But this one is perfect for me to watch football games in the bedroom while my wife watches a larger one in the family room. Picture could not be better. We are faithful Best Buy customers. With my Vizio, I wasn't able to watch KOLR10(my favorite news channel!) The picture is great. Of course, the speaker situation is better than Vizio, but, I still have it hooked to sound bar. Would I buy another Samsung product...you betcha!! The only con I have, isn't against Samsung, but Best Buy. I'm a 70yo single lady. I ask them if they would at least take TV out of box for me...said Best Buy DOES NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO THAT!! Really Best Buy....Wow!
