the jerkiness of the image is terrible - So much worse than my last Samsung. As all the troubleshooting sites say to turn off the picture quality filters (I did), but the problem doesn't go away. I have seen better image quality on an old 19 inch RCA tube television. Seriously thinking about returning the horrible TV. Not what I was expecting from a $600 TV set

I was expecting much more! For the price I think the flat screen it’s more affordable plus much more features! By far!!!

The television has a nice crisp picture and was easy to set up. I like the free channels that were automatically included. I am only taking one star because in its effort to make the remote minimalist, it can be hard to realize what to push to navigate the site to your apps.

Our first 'big screen' TV, as recommended by nation's leading independent consumer testing & review publication. Very happy with picture, crisp & clear, sound quality is good (though we later upgraded with a sound bar/surround system). Good buy for the price!

I love my new Curve Samsung TV. I got the 55" and its perfect. Love the picture and how well the color's are and how the picture looks. Great job Samsung. I would definitely recommend this or any Samsung TV's. And thanks to Best Buy for the sale it had.

Love this TV. This is the second one I own. This doesn’t let any kind of intervention of light to interfere with the picture. Yes, the picture is so clear.

This review is of the HORRIBLE service given to me by Best Buy. My TV was scheduled for delivery. 2 days before the date I receive a phone call saying to expect them. The day before the delivery I received anoth phone call telling me to be ready. Day of delivery I received a text notification with my time slot for the delivery. What happens? No delivery. No phone call. No email. I had to call and speak with MULTIPLE people to track down my order. What did they say? My delivery will be in 2 months. Fast forward 3 weeks later and my TV finally shows up with a hole in the box. Luckily, it still worked. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

this tv will not even start. i am stuck on the screen that says Press Right arrow to start up. the remote wants to program one of my other tvs. very frustrating. wasted time and money on this junk.
