Very good picture and great features easy to use for me

Great television easy setup. Really clear picture.

The TV has a nice picture and everything worked as it should. It wasn’t a huge difference over the 43 inch TV we replaced, but the main problem was that it only has two HDMI ports, and there was no way to connect the soundbar we bought with it, as the soundbar did not have an HDMI port, and the TV did not have an optical port. The only way to connect the two was with Bluetooth, which didn’t work for us. This was after a lot of discussion with employees on Cyber Monday. Had to return the soundbar and upgrade to make it all work. Also ended up returning the TV and upgrading to an 8000 for the additional HDMI port, and found that the picture is considerably better. We now have the 65 inch 8000 model for $100 more and are very happy with it.

Great purchase i had to bring it but the Store manager was so sweet to to be understand that it was a transportation damage it was a crack in the screen of the Television and he was kind enough to swap out another same exact one for this one and its been working fine every since Thank you Mr Walker ❤️

Wow! I mean, really, WOW !!! Nice TV, set up was fast, the TV actually set itself up with minimal input from me. I signed into my Google account and everything was put on there for me -- FAST !! WOW

Samsung is good quality brand. I own Samsung products and I'm very happy with them, plus BestBuy had outstanding specials for this years Black Friday. So good that 55" TVs' were low that I was not able to purchase 2 55" Samsung TVs', my second TV was a 50" instead of a 55" Overall very Happy with the TVs' Waiting until next yeat's Black Friday to see what goodies Bestbuy will have, at very good prices! Thank You BESTBUY!!

It was a gift and they are very pleased with it the sound is very clear and the picture is very bright and colorful they say it’s like your walking in the picture I get calls from them saying the tv is wonderful and they are going to buy another one for the bedroom

Mounted and used to replace a newer TV showing CCTV that failed. The quality of the rear panel is so much better than many other TV's I've mounted. The quality of all the images is drastically better and the refresh rate along with the screen finish makes it look like you can reach right into the TV.
