Great TV for the Price--Excellent Picture & Sound

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We replaced our 2018 Samsung 55" which was still in good condition, but because we wanted a new expandable mount, with the new 55" TV at such a great price, we decided to go ahead and buy it. The picture& sound are very good . The only complaint is the remote is small and dark making it difficult to see the buttons.

Great Quality Low Cost

This tv was delivered on time with a very helpful staff. I was notified prior to delivery with a phone call letting me know they were on the way and when they would make delivery. The picture is amazing. The sound is amazing, overall, it was a great purchase.

Setup time with help from my son was easy — Has the experience and knowledge. The mounting of the support legs was much more easy as they just slip into the base. Haul away of old tv for fifty dollars was good as I have had problems in the past.

Highly recommended to hold the on button down for 5 seconds and hard reset every couple of months. Take a couple of minutes and saves a lot of grief on any TV these days.

Almost Perfect

Had issues with buffering on my fandango movies. I ran diagnostics and deleted some unnecessary apps. No problems since. The other problem is no voice remote. Apparently that is only available in certain markets or something. Not really a huge deal but I would have liked all the features that were advertised. But the picture is so clear and sharp. Watched some concert videos felt like I was in the arena.
