The sound is clean, good enough that you do not need a soundbar. Altogether, from buying experience to daily use - it's been a smooth experience and the TV is of really good quality with great $value

Demo quality is misleading and Samsung TV Plus not

In the store the TV looked impressive while running demo mode, but at home with regular programming the picture loses sharpness and does not match what was shown during the sale. The TV demonstrated by the employee appears to be different from the one I was sold, because the image quality is completely different and does not compare to what I saw in the store. This creates the impression that the product delivered does not reflect the performance that was presented during the purchase. In addition, the remote control includes a Samsung TV Plus button, however this service does not apply in Puerto Rico even though the TV is being sold here. This should be clearly explained to customers because it creates unrealistic expectations about the available features. Setup was simple and the design is nice, but overall the viewing experience and regional limitations were not properly disclosed at the time of purchase.

If the picture appears unclear, dull, or lacks definition, there are several settings you can adjust to improve clarity and overall image quality. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, and review these key settings:
Picture Clarity Settings: While originally intended for motion handling, these can also impact overall clarity
• Off: Disables motion enhancements
• Auto: Automatically adjusts based on content
• Custom: Lets you fine-tune:
o Judder Reduction – Helps smooth out uneven motion
o LED Clear Motion – Boosts sharpness in fast-moving content
o Noise Reduction – Reduces distortion and enhances detail in lower-resolution sources
Core Picture Settings
• Brightness – Controls overall screen brightness
• Contrast – Enhances the difference between bright and dark areas
• Sharpness – Adjusts edge definition; closer to 20 increases detail
• Color – Enhances depth and intensity of colors

I appreciate that it’s a smart TV, has a great size, and offers excellent picture quality. The only downside I’d mention is that it can be challenging to find certain apps with the Samsung TV option.
