I was a bit skeptical about the quality of the tv because the price was cheap but the picture and sound have been great!

But it has trouble connecting to WIFI in my house without the extra device. Easy to set up the Fire Stick remote, but then every time I turn the TV on there's some issues with it recognizing the remote. Otherwise the TV is great and was a good Open Box deal.

Good Qaulity, Bad Features

The home screen is a jumbled mess that can't be customized, "recommended" apps on the home screen that can't be deleted or blocked, some apps have audio delays so I have to watch them through my Xbox which defeats the purpose of a smart TV, and the most frustrating feature is that deactivating the CCE still doesn't stop the TV from automatically turning on attached HDMI devices (Xbox) and turning off the TV when the Xbox is turned off (all settings on the TV and Xbox have been turned off, yet the TV still controls the Xbox power and viceversa!) I got this Samsung smart TV to replace my 8 year old Samsung smart TV, and I already miss the old model. The picture is great, the sound is great, it pairs with my Samsung soundbar/subwoofer fine, and it's easy to control on mobile via Samsung SmartThings app, but the features and settings are so frustrating.

It has a couple hoops you have to go through to swich hmdi imputs so thats annoying. The quality is about what you can expect for a 250 dollar tv. It has ads if you let it sit on the home screen which is very weird. Other than that its an all around ok tv for the price.

The picture is clear, I can stream games through the cloud with no console, Samsung TV as a free service for free channels, and a user-friendly UI makes this perhaps my best TV purchase I’ve made.

The 4K resolution is crystal clear, and the colors are vibrant without being overblown. Watching sports is super smooth thanks to the refresh rate, and action scenes in movies look incredible.

The quality of the rear panel is so much better than many other TV's I've mounted. The quality of all the images is drastically better and the refresh rate along with the screen finish makes it look like you can reach right into the TV.
