I got it for my special needs child and he is able to use it easily. It replaced a tv that was 12 years old. When the new tv came on it was like watch a baby see one of his parents come threw the door in a few days. The smile the laughter was priceless for me.

Previous experience with Samsung is great. Was in and out of Best Buy within 15 minutes. Did I mention on SALE. Tv works perfect.

I returned it to Best Buy and they traded it for the same model and price and loaded it up for me. This one has been the quality and high level experience I have always had with Samsung. No trouble with it whatsoever!
