Excellent great excellent calidad video HD and audio

I have always enjoyed the samsung TVs and this is no exception. Great picture and east to set up.

In my opinion Samsung makes a great line of tv's and this model fits right in with them. This is replacing a U8000 model from five years ago in our kitchen. Beautiful bright picture. Really can't beat a 55" Samsung for $250 black Friday deal. It easily fits the purpose for a kitchen tv.

Easy to install and set up. Picture quality is better than I expected, and there are a whole lot of extra channels on Samsung +. Best Buy’s delivery service was excellent. Highly recommended.

It had a nice picture; that is about it. The UI is garbage. You are either stuck with three choices: signing up for an account with Samsung so they can sell your data, defaulting to their "smart UI" on start up which just adds extra steps to watching what you want to watch, or using something like a Roku to default to. It was constantly freezing while changing channels with the channel up/down buttons. You would scroll through a few channels then it would get stuck. You'd have to wait 30 seconds to a minute while it decided what to do next. It has been sitting in one spot since we purchased it. Somehow a little piece of plastic down by the power button broke off. Now the TV constantly shuts itself on and off and goes to a reset screen randomly. This thing is junk. Not even worth the <$300 that I paid for it.

Item functions marvelously. Everything about it is great.

Sales associate was awesome and answered my questions and acquire my TV in minutes. Knew this was an entry level 55” unit. Picture is great and hopefully last 5-7 years.

Good graphics, clear and easy to use. Had trouble connecting it to the WIFI, but I believe that is because of connection problems, not the TV. Delivery was a struggle because of being at a university; thankfully the delivery driver was communicative!

This was a gift for my daughter. It was was easy to set up and has good quality picture.

Tv is pretty good. It has a couple hoops you have to go through to swich hmdi imputs so thats annoying. The quality is about what you can expect for a 250 dollar tv. It has ads if you let it sit on the home screen which is very weird. Other than that its an all around ok tv for the price.

I just semi retired and decided to upgrade our main tv. This unit replaces our old 32” Samsung (which still works great) we love the realistic picture quality and the sound is very good. I do think we will likely get a sound bar down the line. The unit paired easily with the home wi fi. I think I would like a little larger remote though.

Good size television for an apartment living room. I was a bit skeptical about the quality of the tv because the price was cheap but the picture and sound have been great!

Great TV for the price. The image quality is clear, colors look vibrant, and the sound is better than expected. Easy to set up and works smoothly. Very happy with this purchase.

Great deal for the money. But the remote was really small and did not have all the options as a universal remote does, so I bought a 2 pack on Amazon and it worked right out of the box. $10 for 2 remotes! couldn't pass on it.
