Great tv for the money, amazing graphics and good refresh rates for gaming. Recommend if you are looking for a decent sized tv that meets all your needs for gaming and movie entertainment. Love it!

Good enough for my office. Only I use this tv so I’m okay with it. Bought an open box and it did have a few scratches on the screen but I can’t see them when it’s on. It gets pretty loud.

This smart TV has such frustrating features and settings. The home screen is a jumbled mess that can't be customized, "recommended" apps on the home screen that can't be deleted or blocked, some apps have audio delays so I have to watch them through my Xbox which defeats the purpose of a smart TV, and the most frustrating feature is that deactivating the CCE still doesn't stop the TV from automatically turning on attached HDMI devices (Xbox) and turning off the TV when the Xbox is turned off (all settings on the TV and Xbox have been turned off, yet the TV still controls the Xbox power and viceversa!) I got this Samsung smart TV to replace my 8 year old Samsung smart TV, and I already miss the old model. The picture is great, the sound is great, it pairs with my Samsung soundbar/subwoofer fine, and it's easy to control on mobile via Samsung SmartThings app, but the features and settings are so frustrating.

This was a gift for a friend and was purchased around black friday. They are enjoying the t v very much. Great tv purchase.

The TV itself is fine - nice picture, good sound. However, aside from being expected to agree to a privacy policy no one will read on-screen (and no easy way to get it emailed to you, scan with your phone, etc.), if you'd like to watch actual, regular television, you might have some issues. My unit refuses to find over-the-air channels. I've run the channel scan, reset the TV, replaced my antenna (at Samsung's suggestion), done all that over again 5 or 6 more times, and talked to Samsung a dozen times, and nothing has worked. Samsung finally sent a third-party repairman to look at it, and they essentially shrugged. In the midst of this, when I tried to call Best Buy to see if I could exchange the unit, I was told that my return/exchange period ended the day before I called -- because their return window is 14 days. Which is not clear anywhere on any of the receipts or confirmation emails. The 2-year Geek Squad plan I bought with the TV is ALSO useless in this situation, it seems. So if you have cable, only watch stuff online, stream from your laptop/phone, and/or connect devices by physical cables, you're probably fine, and the TV is a nice one. But if you want it for the basic function a television is supposed to perform, you might be on your own.
