I have been buying from best buy for 20 years and have never had a problem with my purchases.

Thank you for your review. If the volume on your Samsung U7900 TV seems too low, we recommend checking for firmware updates: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then go to Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, and try Amplify to boost dialogue and upper tones.
To maintain consistent volume across channels and apps, enable Auto Volume under: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On

I got it on sale during the holiday weekend, and it was an upgraded version of my previous Samsung TV. The warranty also puts me at ease in the event anything were to ever happen.

Not really a fan of the line up on the home screen. I bought the tv but it had damage to the screen but since I live aline it was hard to teturn it back to the store for the scratched screen so I just kept it.

I don't like how when I turn on the TV, it will sometimes turn on a game console or start playing "Live TV".
