Couldn’t get YouTube TV

This however was disappointing. We could not log on to youtube tv. Every other app worked flawlessly. Every other Samsung TV we have had worked fine, this one it would not work. It was downloaded fine but we couldn’t log in. Kept getting “network error” i spent a total of 4 hours on the phone and chat with both Samsung and Youtube and nobody could help, the app doesnt seem to be the latest version although Samsung said it is. We tried updating everything we could, hard reset, tried hard wiring it to the internet, nothing worked. We are returning it and getting another brand that would work bettwr with Youtube TV. Meanwhile the other 3 Samsung TVs in our house work fine

I tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including unplugging it, waiting, plugging it back in, and doing a reset, but nothing worked. Very disappointing for a product from a brand like Samsung. I expected much better reliability and durability. Unfortunately, this has been a frustrating experience.
