It's a great tv. For the price, you can't beat it. Great picture quality, Great Sound, good overall performance. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is because it doesn't have a voice remote. Trying to search for things on YouTube without voice is a real pain in the butt. But guess what? It has a YouTube button on the remote! That's a major Plus in my opinion. The remote also has a button for Prime video, netflix, and Samsung TV Plus. A very good upgrade from previous models. And I think the sound has been significantly upgraded as well. At least compared to my last Samsung TV. I noticed Best Buy is asking me to rate the brightness of the tv. To be honest, I have no idea. I've never had a TV that did not go bright enough. The picture quality looks great to me. That's all I need. As long as you're not trying to watch TV outside, I don't see any issue with brightness.

Pretty much the title. It has really good quality in this price range. Pretty clear screen, good size, and it is Samsung. Cannot ask more for the price.

I can't get over how much better the picture is than the picture on my old Toshiba 4K TV. The TV was relatively easy to set up and the SmartTV interface is very similar to the UI on our Insignia and later Toshiba AmazonFire TVs as is the remote making the transition from AmazonFire to Samsung almost seamless. The image wasn't/isn't initially as bright, but the clarity is noticeably better.

Samsung is good quality brand. I own Samsung products and I'm very happy with them, plus BestBuy had outstanding specials for this years Black Friday. So good that 55" TVs' were low that I was not able to purchase 2 55" Samsung TVs', my second TV was a 50" instead of a 55" Overall very Happy with the TVs' Waiting until next yeat's Black Friday to see what goodies Bestbuy will have, at very good prices! Amazing TV for the price. The picture is bright and crystal clear. The sound is good. The ease of setup is average to good, but once it's set up, it is great and easy to use. Samsung's TV app is making me think I may be able to do without some of my subscriptions!

Excellent, simple TV. Works as needed. Worked pretty much plug, setup guide, and play. Video quality is good, nothing super amazing.

Great picture and sound. Very light which makes for less stress on tv wall mount. Sometimes just has blank screen when trying to stream but more than likely thats an app or wifi issue.

I recently purchased the Samsung Crystal UHD U7900F from Best Buy, and while it has potential, I’ve been left pretty frustrated overall. The picture quality can look great once properly calibrated, but getting there was a hassle—the out-of-the-box settings were far from ideal, and it took a lot of tweaking just to make the image look right. The biggest disappointment, however, is HDR. For some reason, HDR only works when the resolution is set to 1080p, not 4K. That makes no sense for a TV that’s marketed as a 4K HDR display. This single flaw really undermines the whole point of buying a 4K TV, and it’s made me seriously consider returning it. The buying process at Best Buy was smooth enough, though I did have to approach a staff member myself since most of them were grouped together chatting instead of helping customers. Once I got assistance, checkout was fine. In the end, while the U7900F can look nice when tuned, the HDR limitation is a major dealbreaker. I expected more from Samsung at this price point, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who cares about proper 4K HDR performance.
