A breeze to get out of the box, set up and watch. As a bonus it was very easy to turn off the dreaded "motion smoothing". Great picture quality and sound.

Great picture, and light enough to hang over the mantel on a brick wall. Good wide viewing angles. Quickly became our favorite TV over a smaller one in the bedroom. The screen is satisfyingly large, but a bit fragile. The display layer failed quickly on the first one we bought, even with very careful handling, so treat it gently. (Best Buy replaced it hassle-free, but we bought the insurance for the second one.) This TV usually turns on and auto-configures when we power up the DVD player - an interesting tech-aware feature that saves some time switching sources. However, I am not crazy about the button-minimal remote and screen-menu-heavy controls; do yourself a favor and pick up an older multi-button Samsung remote for direct control of channels and source selections.

easily fit into my car, very easy set up in my home, clear picture. One drawback was the size of the remote control. It was small, and difficult to read, buttons are small.

I picked up the Samsung 55” 4K TV and honestly it feels like a step into the future. The picture quality is sharp, the colors pop, and the brightness makes movies and games look way more alive. The UI is quick, streaming apps load fast, and the remote is simple enough to use without digging through menus. Sound is decent on its own, but paired with a soundbar it becomes a whole theater experience. For the size and quality, it’s a great choice—smooth, vibrant, and just feels premium.

I am very happy with this Samsung Crystal UHD TV. The picture quality is excellent, with bright colors and sharp resolution. The sound is good, and the smart features are easy to use. Setup was quick and simple. It’s a great value for the price and works perfectly for streaming, movies, and everyday use. Highly recommended.

This is a great tv! The picture is excellent! The only thing that I would change is a better remote (maybe an older style) Other than that, Great TV!

I feel disappointed with this purchase. In the store the TV looked impressive while running demo mode, but at home with regular programming the picture loses sharpness and does not match what was shown during the sale. The TV demonstrated by the employee appears to be different from the one I was sold, because the image quality is completely different and does not compare to what I saw in the store. This creates the impression that the product delivered does not reflect the performance that was presented during the purchase. In addition, the remote control includes a Samsung TV Plus button, however this service does not apply in Puerto Rico even though the TV is being sold here. This should be clearly explained to customers because it creates unrealistic expectations about the available features. Setup was simple and the design is nice, but overall the viewing experience and regional limitations were not properly disclosed at the time of purchase.
