This smart TV has such frustrating features and settings. The home screen is a jumbled mess that can't be customized, "recommended" apps on the home screen that can't be deleted or blocked, some apps have audio delays so I have to watch them through my Xbox which defeats the purpose of a smart TV, and the most frustrating feature is that deactivating the CCE still doesn't stop the TV from automatically turning on attached HDMI devices (Xbox) and turning off the TV when the Xbox is turned off (all settings on the TV and Xbox have been turned off, yet the TV still controls the Xbox power and viceversa!) I got this Samsung smart TV to replace my 8 year old Samsung smart TV, and I already miss the old model. The picture is great, the sound is great, it pairs with my Samsung soundbar/subwoofer fine, and it's easy to control on mobile via Samsung SmartThings app, but the features and settings are so frustrating.

Its a great tv. I got it for my special needs child and he is able to use it easily. It replaced a tv that was 12 years old. When the new tv came on it was like watch a baby see one of his parents come threw the door in a few days. The smile the laughter was priceless for me.

Great tv, but had trouble in my living room when the natural light came in, the screen auto adjusted and I couldn't get the brightness light enough. I do love the Samsung platform though and the live channels it offers.

My inlaws live it, great price and size, fits perfect and the quality of the pictures is amazing definitely a great buy

Wanted another 55” Samsung tv and this was a good purchase. Previous experience with Samsung is great. Was in and out of Best Buy within 15 minutes. Did I mention on SALE. Tv works perfect.

Samsung has probably the best all-around experience with their TVs. The picture is clear, I can stream games through the cloud with no console, Samsung TV as a free service for free channels, and a user-friendly UI makes this perhaps my best TV purchase I’ve made.

I am happy with this purchase. I swear by Samsung brand and this to sis not disappoint. The colors are tru and the picture is super clear. It was a very good deal.

This is our first smart TV so we are adjusting to the interface. Overall, we have enjoyed this TV for picture quality and the plentiful options for streaming and TV. This is what I would consider a more budget friendly option so we are accepting any flaws.

I love the crystal clear picture. The 55" size is perfect for my bedroom while I have the 65" in my living room. Happy with the Samsung products.
