Excellent service every time I go into BestBuy. I;ve purchase Aa 98"inche TCL TV-excellent tv and a 55' in Samsung very good tv for what I puchased it for. Will Keep on going to Best Buy for the Best Buy.

Very good picture. Very good sound for a TV. Remote is not good for most older people. Should have the standard remote as well, if it has larger buttons to push.

For me, this is a 5-star product with several asterisks: *I have a Samsung phone, so the co-functionality both products share is a plus for me. *There are only 2 HDMI ports, but that suits my needs. *The remote does what you need it to do, but its minimalistic design is unfamiliar to me. For the price, this product is pretty great.

Well the Samsung 55 inch tv my husband and I bought for the second time is great love it but the first time we bought it it was cracked and the manager would not exchange it or help us so we had to buy another one because we wanted that one but with some help from the main office we did get help.

I honestly regret buying this Samsung 55-inch TV. While the picture quality is very good, the operating system is extremely disappointing and feels very limited. Many of the apps I personally like and regularly use cannot be installed at all. The app ecosystem is restricted, and I feel forced to use only what Samsung decides to offer. This completely ruined the smart TV experience for me. A smart TV should give users freedom and flexibility, not limitations. I made a mistake choosing this TV, and if you care about app availability and a smooth, open operating system, I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying this model.
