Installation was arranged quickly and the team was very professional. Any issues I had with charges have been resolved, I was charged for two Installations. Overall, things went well and I would recommend Best Buy.

No manual included, which caused setup to take a long time with several calls to Samsung tech support. I was able to get a sound bar to auto connect upon power up via Bluetooth. We have several Samsung TVs, would be nice if the software was the same across them. Samsungs software from 10 years ago was much easier to deal with, they seem to be going backwards.

It always qoes to Samsung plus screen when turned on. And in order to change channels it takes multiple steps because if you arriw or down it jumps back to the Samsung Plus channels. The ilder remotes were more user friendly and easier to get to the different options. I would recommend this TV but not the remote that comes with it. Two thumbs down on the remote only.
