Was hesitant because of the reviews but it’s been pretty good! No cracked screen or slow menu everyhting been fantastic!

Was a purchase for my daughter was installed by geek squad. They are clean and professional.

We have had many Samsung TVs in our life, so it was a no brainer to get another one when we needed one. This however was disappointing. We could not log on to youtube tv. Every other app worked flawlessly. Every other Samsung TV we have had worked fine, this one it would not work. It was downloaded fine but we couldn’t log in. Kept getting “network error” i spent a total of 4 hours on the phone and chat with both Samsung and Youtube and nobody could help, the app doesnt seem to be the latest version although Samsung said it is. We tried updating everything we could, hard reset, tried hard wiring it to the internet, nothing worked. We are returning it and getting another brand that would work bettwr with Youtube TV. Meanwhile the other 3 Samsung TVs in our house work fine

Samsung TV delivered. Delivery was good however they neglected to call me 24 hours in advance and called 20 minutes before arriving at 6:20 AM.

Having hard time geting channels. Bought universal remote still having issues. Not happy with program set up

first tv came out of the box with a shattered screen--concealed damage--necessitating a second trip to the store. set up was a little choppy but made it through without undue trauma. tv works as it should. will be adding a sound bar to give it a little more pop.

Good TV for the price and size. But I am facing some problem like when I turn on the TV, the screen goes black and no image pops up. I know it is on as when I shut it down, it flickers off. This happens somethimes which isn't normal and then sometimes it turns normally and I watch my content just fine.

I was able to order and pick up my purchase within a reasonable amount of time rather then being told i have to wait half the day or the next day.
