While the picture is nice, and the sound is pretty good, the UI on this thing is atrocious to say the least. Nothing feels worse than hitting a controller and it taking a literal second at times to get a response on the TV. If you buy this, buy a steaming device cause the UI on this will make you want to throw it out the window.

I love this TV. I even like the slim remote, though some don't. It's Samsung, so there's the Samsung hub. You can use your phone as a remote. If you have other Samsung products it will fit right into the family.

The TV was a gift for a relative and they are really enjoying the larger screen - - especially for someone older with poor eyesight! The delivery was very smooth and it was a nice surprise for Christmas.

It delivers the essentials—4K resolution, smart features, good upscaling, gaming support—all wrapped in a clean design from a trusted manufacturer. While it stops short of premium display capabilities, for many users the trade-offs are reasonable given the price. I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Hubs got this so he can have the Spectrum app on the TV without needing a cable box. Otherwise, I would have gotten an INSIGNIA, the Best Buy brand TV. They work great and are an excellent value. This TV works great also, but it cost about $100 more than the Insignia equivalent. Needed for now because hubs wanted the Spectrum app, which is only available on a Roku TV, not a Fire TV.
