We purchased this tv for our bedroom. We recently purchased a 65” samsung from best buy and loved it. So we wanted to stick with the same brand. We love this tv. We watch a lot of nature shows and the color is so vibrant. I appreciate how the contrast changes from a dark bedroom at night to a sunny day with the curtains open. Shows still look great. We plugged in our firestick and were ready to go. The volume on the remote took me a minute to figure out. Instead of pushing down you push a raised button up but besides that it was super easy. Thanks Best Buy for a great price!

This is an excellent TV, with super clear picture, great sound, and ease of setup. I love the simplicity of the remote control as well. I would definitely buy this again if I had the need.

Good quality and easy to set up, its also lighter than my previous T.v so it was easy to hang on the wall.

Great tv! Were using this for a guest bedroom and the setup was nice and easy. The price was a steal and the quality of the picture is exactly whats needed.

Enjoying the television. Sharp color and picture. The remote could be made easier to see buttons and put arrows on large circle. On/Off button should be white for easier visibility. Other app buttons could be placed under On/Off button. Sound quality needs improvement with less bass. Also remote should be a little larger.

We bought this tv as a Christmas gift for my 89 year old father because we have this exact same tv and we love it. We thought it would be great for him because it is so easy to navigate and has a beautiful picture.

TV picture (brightness, colour contrast) and sound quality is really good wrt price. Light in weight. Observed one issue of Tizen OS integration with Netflix app; video stuttering was observed sporadically even with superfast internet speed. However, it got resolved with reinstallation of Netflix app. Overall happy with purchase of this product,

I've been using this TV for a few weeks now, and the standout feature is definitely the picture quality. The colors are vibrant, the contrast is sharp, and 4K content looks incredibly crisp. Whether you're watching movies, sports, or streaming your favorite shows, the visual experience is immersive and truly impressive. However, the sound quality is just average. It’s fine for casual viewing, but it lacks depth and clarity, especially during action scenes or music-heavy content. Dialogue can sometimes get lost, and there's not much bass to speak of. I found myself considering a soundbar or external speaker system fairly quickly to round out the experience. Overall, if you're focused on getting a fantastic visual experience and don’t mind supplementing the audio with additional equipment, this TV is a solid choice. Wonderful easy to use TV…. Great picture great tv light and easy to wall mount .

This TV looks great! I work from home, so besides using it for entertainment, I use it as a monitor for my laptop. Everything, including text, looks clean and crisp. Even though I know it's not the highest level of definition, it's way above and beyond my previous 4k tv. Not five stars though. The sound is not the best. I knew that before I bought it, but it would be better if there were more ports in the back to hook up a sound bar or even just a good set of speakers. The biggest downfall is the remote. I'm seriously considering buying a universal remote and ditching this thing. It's so flat and lightweight, but not in a good way. The volume button is ridiculous to feel and work, and the directional disk is hard to feel, so using this thing in the dark, without looking at where your fingers are, is a nightmare. I almost want to take off an additional star, but I don't want to discourage anyone based on just that.

Amazing picture it was very easy to setup and program with my Direct TV and the internet. I always valued Samsung TV's I replace a 15 yr old Samsung that still is working. I would recommend it.

Samsung for the win! Purchased this tv for my son’s birthday. It’s a great smart tv. I was able to add it to my “smart things” account and restore all the apps from his previous tv. Great picture quality and size for his bedroom.
