Very happy with this product. Great color, clarity, sound. Recently canceled cable service and the standard features that came with this tv makes me wonder why I waited so long to cut the cable. Don't need my hearing aids as much as with the old TV as this sound is so clear,

I’ve had the Samsung 65-inch for a few months now, and overall, I’m really impressed. The smart features are convenient too — the interface is clean and responsive, and having all the major streaming apps built in saves me from needing extra devices. The sound quality is decent for built-in speakers, though I’d recommend pairing it with a soundbar for a more immersive experience.

Good TV good picture the only thing is the clerk I bought it from burned me for a hundred and something dollars to for the set it up for me all they did was take it out the box and plug it in the wall they call that a setup when the clerk told me they were going to hook up my DirecTV for me and my Wi-Fi because I'm disabled and I couldn't see that good to follow the directions anyway that's why I paid for the set up but they got me but I give the product five stars the clerk lied to me at the Best Buy in Stockton and when I called they lied to me again so they got an old disabled guy that's on a fixed income for $140 bucks I think it was somewhere around there in that vicinity so buyers beware of what the store clerks tell you as far as setup is concerned because the delivery guys don't deliver on what they say even though it said that in my receipt

I purchased this TV as a Christmas gift for a family member, they said this TV has an amazing picture good quality sound which is very important because some of these TVs do not. And that it was a good purchase.
