It would often disconnect from the Wi-Fi, and I'd have to reconnect. With this model, i haven't had to do that at all. Also, the picture quality is great. Highly recommended.

I returned it to Best Buy and they traded it for the same model and price and loaded it up for me. This one has been the quality and high level experience I have always had with Samsung. No trouble with it whatsoever!

Overall, we have enjoyed this TV for picture quality and the plentiful options for streaming and TV. This is what I would consider a more budget friendly option so we are accepting any flaws.

Had trouble connecting it to the WIFI, but I believe that is because of connection problems, not the TV. Delivery was a struggle because of being at a university; thankfully the delivery driver was communicative!
