    I always buy Samsung products if available. This TV was exactly what I wanted. Salesman asked if I needed help and was knowledgeable. He did ask what I was looking for and showed me my options. I chose the one I wanted and was out the door with my New TV. Fast, friendly and reliable salespeople.

    Well the Samsung 55 inch tv my husband and I bought for the second time is great love it but the first time we bought it it was cracked and the manager would not exchange it or help us so we had to buy another one because we wanted that one but with some help from the main office we did get help.
