    The best TV I ever owned. I have owned other Samsung TVs, and this by far exceeds those. I recommend Samsung for picture quality, sound, and ease of operation.

    I got it with good price and I am happy with it just I don't know why Samsung sounds quality is low and my parents have difficulty to hear the voice

    Best Buy provided excellent service when I bought my TV and it was so helpful to have it loaded into my car. I have been buying from best buy for 20 years and have never had a problem with my purchases.

    Great TV for the price. The only issue is the wall mount makes it hard to plug in some of the cables. I can't rate the sound because i bought a sound bar.
