Having to toggle back and forth between systems is a hassle. Picture and sound are excellent, but navigating to raise volume with a reduced button remote that comes with the tv is annoying. Also, multiple levels of navigation required to turn off voice guidance.

When I called Best Buy, they said nothing could be done because they didn’t receive the call in time. Samsung said the same thing and now I have a brand new tv that I can’t use. Very disappointing!
