    I bought this TV earlier in the year and ever since I bought it it's been super slow, there's no app store and you can't customize it. Plus the interface is ugly.

      To access the built-in app store, go to Home> Search bar> type in the app you want to download and press search. From there, you can download the app if available.

    Horrible tv! Stopped working after only 1 month. Tried factory resets, got it working for 1 day, then couldn’t get it to respond at all, blank screen. Called Samsung and even did a video call so they could see issues. They said they’ve would have to send a technician to replace some sort of power source. I said on a new TV? They said unfortunately they are having problems and it is not that unusual. I said it would be easier for me to buy a different brand TV and never trust a Samsung product again
