      Hi Minniex2,

      Thank you for your feedback. Please ensure your U7900 TV is running the latest firmware update 1132.0. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If that version is not available you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:

      1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manual & Software > Find your TV model, and click on the Firmware – Upgrade File.
      2. When the file has finished downloading, locate it and then unzip it. There is normally one folder inside but there may be multiple files.
      3. Copy or move all of the files that were included in the zip file to a USB flash drive, but do not place them inside any other folders. If you place the software folders inside a folder on the USB flash drive, the TV or monitor will not find them.
      4. Connect the USB drive containing the software upgrade into a USB port on your device.
      5. Using your device's remote, navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Support. Select Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes if prompted.

      Your device will search the USB drive for update files. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, it will restart automatically.

    The setup instructions are not very easy to use. My least favorite thing is he remote. I would much rather have a full size modele with a full set of buttons. The TV has a very nice picture and good sound from small speakers. The delivery was right on time. They called when close and came when they said in the phone call.

    Looks great. Set up was a breeze. Great size for a bedroom tv. Remote is kinda odd. Like they minimized the buttons making it tricky at first but really not a big deal.

    Hubs got this so he can have the Spectrum app on the TV without needing a cable box. Otherwise, I would have gotten an INSIGNIA, the Best Buy brand TV. They work great and are an excellent value. This TV works great also, but it cost about $100 more than the Insignia equivalent. Needed for now because hubs wanted the Spectrum app, which is only available on a Roku TV, not a Fire TV.

    Great picture, great sound, easy setup, native apps are good - only issue is frame stuttering with Netflix, which nothing will fix. Going to get a $19.00 ROKU and stream that way to get around it.

    I love that it was an easy set up and how protected it is with the packaging I ordered both a 55in and a 65in on sale and I was able to lift the TVs by myself. I got it delivered and it was smooth and swift.
