I bought this for my lil brother’s 40th birthday. And he loved it! He loved it so much he bought himself a Soundbar! And he easily setup all his streaming apps the next day SO EASILY!

This was a warrantee replacement which exceeded my expectations, an upgrade from what I had before. I wasn't a fan of the warranty before, but you never know what can happen, my old TV just stoped turning on one day and just a few months before my expiration date, I'm so happy I purchased the warranty. Now I have a free upgraded and better tv than before.

Upgraded from a 10 year old tv. Works well and picture is clear. Easily mounted to the wall.

The TV is just super, the colors are bright and saturated, the menu is convenient, the connection is fast. The main thing is that it is a 2025 model.

I love the quality of the picture. The programming for the TV is kind of a lot, but I am learning to deal with it.

Picture quality is great; Setup s a little difficult due to the lack of instructions. Once you get to the right selection in setup the TV does the rest. Ease of use is OK, not the best for working with AT&T cable

Has a way better picture than the less expensive Samsung. (U8000) Have to go to the higher price TV,s to get the brighter contrast and color. This one is satisfactory for under $500.00.

I purchased a 55" Samsung Tv which was delivered on the scheduled date, however the tv was not installed as requested and when techs came to install it , they discovered that the screen had been damaged. So it was reported to Best Buy and they sent out another tv and a tech to install it at no charge. All is good thanks to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Thank You.

I like my new tv. Best buy has always been a great place for me to purchase my electronics for 20 plus years. The only complaint i have is with the remote that comes with the new tv's now!! They are too small and don't have enough explained buttons. I Hate using it.
