Television Was Defective

While they were very good about replacing the product, I was very disappointed that the television had faulty components.

Nothing but problems!

It's not even 4 months old and the volume has been stuck for several weeks. The volume will be fixed for one hour intervals after resetting the TV through the system menu. Tonight the TV stopped working completely and is stuck on the same screen, and there is no way to reset it. Samsung support said they have to send a technician out to investigate, and the closest service center is 1 hour away. Do NOT buy this TV...
