So careful with the button and don't lose you're remote.

Recently black lines appeared on the screen, Samsung wanted $150, just to look at it. Today it just stopped working, no pic, can’t turn it off, power light blinking. I had to unplug it. When I googled that it said something wrong with internal components. So it’s dead or will cost me more than I paid for the tv to fix. Shocked at the quality of this and the tv not lasting more than a couple of years. Buy it if you want to be looking for a new tv next year.

It does not have the full array of setting options and any show that happens to be dark the tv distorts the black backgrounds. Called samsung we tried different settings but that was the best it can be. would not buy this model again

Samsung was very easy to deal with throughout the process and they admitted that my first TV had a sound delay issue. I have had this TV for 20 days and the sound delay on this TV is worse than the other TV. I will be contacting Samsung for a refund. I do not have a sound bar connected. This delay is through the TV speakers. Amazingly, I read through these reviews before going with this TV and saw nothing about the sound delay issue, however, when you go the forums on Samsung’s website, there are several pages of people suffering through this sound delay issue.
