    Good picture, good sound, menu response a bit slow

    Overall very happy with the purchase. The menu system and remote are a but clunky with slow responses compared to other Samsung TVs at twice the price. Find ourselves using a ROKU dongle which is much faster.

    Delivery as promised, a little difficult to use online purchase when you don’t live in area where you wanna buy. Maybe you can get programing people to make it easier to tell site where you want to buy, instead of site always default back to store closest to your home.

    i got this for my new aprtment and so far, i love it. the only issue i have (not really a problem) is the stand on the bottom just makes me feel uneasy with my 1 year old. but that’s all, it’s a great tv

    Good overall tv. It seems to not seamlessly jump from one program to another without self-adjusting to the clarity of the tv but overall, its good.

    I like the tv but out of the blue it just stop working. The tv just flash now with no picture nor sound

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for sharing your experience with your TV not displaying properly. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:

      1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections

      2. If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, and fixed horizontal, or vertical lines.

      3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?

      4. Press the Home button (which looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?

      5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.

      6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception

    My other TV went out which was a Samsung as well. Trying to see if this one will be a better TV. The last model we only had it for 1 year and few months. Warranty was expired so I had to purchase another one.

    The service was excellent! Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and patient with us and we love the picture on the Samsung TV. Service like this doesn’t exist at other big box stores in our area; Walmart and Sams Club. Sales person even loaded it in our car.

    Awesome TV but the viewing angle kinda sucks if you happen to be sitting on the sides. The colors start to look washed out if you’re not sitting around the center of the image.

    It's not latest model but still a great tv to have. It comes with a normal remote, and the os it came with is a little slow so you might want to consider buying a streaming device to use it with.

    This TV broke 14 months to the date since it was purchased. The electric breaker or something inside it blew and the screen would not turn on even thought you can hear the sound, the screen would keep flickering on and off. It will cost almost $400 to repair so might as well buy a new TV. I've never heard of a TV breaking. I think its a lemon produced during the pandemic.

    I have this on my sofa table. I may have to mount TV on wall due to the fact that the legs/stand do not seem stable enough to keep the TV from falling. I believe a center pedestal would have been more stable

    I had bought a Samsung 55 inch 7 series 4K TV that I absolutely love and have never had a problem with. Unfortunately, this TV has had some tech issues. Mainly with the display/pixels. Had to call customer service who, after some trial & error, just had me reset my tv to factory settings which was annoying cause I had to re-login to all my streaming services. Do a bit more research and see what works best for you. Obviously this 58 inch ain’t great so go with a 60!

    Yes...it was a beautiful start. Great picture. Great sound. Love all the app features and the digital antenna. However, i woke up and the tv wouldn't turn on. Troubleshooted everything and still no picture. Apparently the power component fried itself inside and wouldn't produce enough juice to power the tv any furthur. Very disappointed. I had high hopes with it being "crystal" and all.

    Great picture. Navigation menu through apps was very difficult & not very well thought out. Volume needs some attention as well. Returned TV within a few days.

    Perfect picture but tv glitches with some apps and doesn’t play sound with some apps unless you reset it a couple times or unplug and replay the tv

    I absolutely love the TV's OS — it's easy to use and easy to navigate. My only complaint is, if you rush the setup process, the TV sometimes fails to connect to the Wi-Fi and will refuse to connect despite multiple attempts.

    The delivery of the TV was on time and during the time window that they gave me . The TV was unpacked and positioned above our fireplace with ease and efficiency . It was set up and the operation instructions were well explained . We are enjoying our new TV.

    Happy I got the extended warranty on the unit due to some times lossing the audio on the tv. So far cannot say that this unit does not match up with what I have experimented with Samsung

    It’s a good television. I just wish I could get a no glare screen. I thought this was low glare based on the floor model. That’s the only reason I’m reserving that last star.

    Not happy that I purchased a tv and had to have it replaced 2 months after having it. I am not happy with the replacement, had to pay another extra hundred dollars.
