I don't know if it was an error but I was extremely disappointed since I had high hopes for this product.

Thank you for purchasing the 58” TU7000 TV. Screen size refers to the measurement of the screen when measured diagonally. The measurement of your model is 57.5”. The dimensions are 50.8” W x 29.5” H x 2.4” D when measured without the stand.

However, the 58 inch (this purchase) has been much less impressive. The screen seems to fade the closer to the outside frame you get. I may reach out directly to Best Buy and have geek squad come out to evaluate. I’m hoping it is a faulty set rather than what I’m seeing is the level of quality I purchased.

Thank you for your feedback on the Samsung TU7000 TV. Please know we are here to help you! Your TV is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, including authorized repair for manufacturer defects if purchased brand-new directly from an authorized seller.
Please call us so we can troubleshoot with you or schedule a warranty service.
I also recommend trying a picture test to ensure the problem is with your TV and not an external device or cable. To do so, go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
