    Not easy to set-up. Each time we turn it on, it gives us too many options on the screen, then you have to exit to get to the actual screen, where you can begin to control the TV.

      Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. You can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > General > Smart Features

      When you set Autorun Smart Hub to on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. You may want to turn this setting off if you do not want to see the Smart Hub when you start up your TV.

      If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off.

    Purchased less than 2 years ago and it just stopped working. Had long enough for the warranty to expire and the screen panel shorted out and now the tv is toast. Turns off and on in a cycle mode only. Tv repair would have been $600 because of the screen panel price. Do not buy this tv for a long term unit. Cheap price is great but not for the long haul.

    great picture, crap bloatware eats up storage and can't delete factory crap apps. Remote is the worst design in any remote to date. I might return this tv for the aggrevation it has caused. And this crap replace the piece of shat Black Friday Toshiba 58 inch. Bestbuy is not looking good to me anymore!

      I am sorry that you are not satisfied with your experience.
      Please know that you can remove apps you no longer want and free up memory space on your TV.
      Press the Home button to open up the TV's Home screen menu.
      Navigate to select APPS, and then select the Settings icon in the top right corner.
      Next, select the app you want to delete.
      Finally, Select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.

    Purchased 3 of the same TV from Best Buy April 2020. Two Work, one, we have had nothing but problems with it after about 2 months. It started out pretty slow, thinking we just needed to reboot the internet, or most times it would correct itself until the TV actually turned itself on with a black screen but you could hear the audio. The TV wouldn't shut off, we actually had to unplug the the thing! Plugged it back in, it work for awhile and started freezing, then again black screen with audio, but couldn't shut it off so had to unplug it. Finally it completely froze. After watching several utube videos it looks like basically the "motherboard" (I don't recall the actual name) went on it. utube showed how to take it apart and repair it for anyone who wants to try. Not me, I'm not a TV repair person, nor do I think I should have to repair a TV that's only 3 MONTHS OLD! And of course Best Buy only gives you 30 days to return. It's July...My 30 days are up! Shocker!

      If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you're not seeing any picture; there are 3 potential issues.

      1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables or improper installation.
      2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV.
      3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

      Please refer to pages 135 – 140 step-by-step troubleshooting instructions.

    The tv is alright.. wouldn’t buy it again tho. It’s confusing to use and The AirPlay does not work at all. It’s frustrating! Would not buy again tbh
