    TV sometimes blinks and the picture goes out or in a blink and the sound will go out and also the picture freezes up at times not happy with this Mr. B

      I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your TU7000 4K Smart TV. Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

      You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again.

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

    $450 for 2 years of tv usage?

    After almost exactly 2 years, the tv powers off and on repeatedly on its own. A google search reveals this is a common problem. I tried several online solutions and contacted Samsung support who said sorry it's out of warranty and they can send a techinition for a price. A tv should last longer than 2 years without problems.

      You mentioned already trying a few troubleshooting methods, but I am going to put some below in case you haven't tried these specific ones.

      1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.

      2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.

      3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

      4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.

      5) Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis to run self-care diagnosis.

      If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution.     TV is slow. When u move with arrow for example from netflix to youtube it has really big delay so everytime i go like 5 buttons right but it goes like 6 7... i dont know whats that but i will never buy samsung stuff again. I tried to change batteries in remote, reset tv to factory nohting. TV is just slow and it has weird picture it looks watery for me or like oil paint. I dont know why but to be honest im sad that i didnt buy TCL again.

      To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21)

      Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using, and the new version is the latest update.

      New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update.

      Please know that there are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
      Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
      You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

    5 weeks after purchase my son almost dropped the tv, i grabbed it b4 it fell and when i went to plugg it back in the screen was black and there was like a star in the right hand corner of the tv. I purchased the geek squad protection, they said it was an accident therefore they would not cover repair. After 5 weeks of purchase? The TV did mot fall nor did it hit anything UNBELIEVABLE

    I received the TV at a discounted rate in exchange of my review. I just say from the time the TV is delivered. I have been in love with it. Love the sound and picture quality. The design of the tv is so sleek and clean. Installing the stand was super simple push and click, doesn’t need any screws at all. It starts very quickly and gets connected to internet so seamless not like my old TV which took a while before the apps could load up. It’s the best in the technology. Colors on the TV are so vivid. Love the smart tv capabilities Easily connects to all the major apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube. Samsung TB plus is added feature that gives you a selections of numerous channels to watch on the go!!

    Completely broke on me a few months after the warranty ended and Samsung customer support was terrible. Totally understand it's unlucky timing on my part, but support was worse than useless. When the tv did work, there were constant issues with refresh rate flickering. 4k and HDR is neat, but when you constantly have to restart the TV to get a reliable picture, that doesn't matter.

    TV after a year has something wrong with it. A black ink spot comes on screen after being on about 10 mins. Samsung doesn't seem to want to help with this problem. They sent out a technician that couldnt identify the problem and over the phone they deemed it damaged. only had the TV since last July.

    Had problem with the remote 3 1/2 hours with a great gig squad everybody told me I had to get to the tech guy to get a new remote after being transferred and lost several times when I finally got to the guy that was going to send me a new remote he said no we don’t do that so this day I’m having a problem with the remote you offered me a $65 refund I told him to keep it and cancel the second TV I had ordered

    I would give 0 stars if I could. Manufacturers warranty is 1 year. Of course, 1 year and 8 days after my purchase the TV malfunctioned and died. Additionally, the ability to use apps in the TV interface is limited. I feel robbed as Ive never had a TV just suddenly stop working like this before.

    After two years from this purchase, the tv has been malfunctioning. It turns on/off by itself, I have to disconnect from the wall plug. When I decide to plug it back in, it turns on with but no picture appears, just sound. I have troubleshooted with various tips, it works for a week or so, then it goes back to turning on and off by itself.
