Replaced a 15 or so year old Samsung TV with this one and the wider range of capabilities and ease of use are a much needed upgrade.

We’ve had it for just under 1/2 of a year, and it works great. Connection to wifi and our streaming services was a breeze and the overall picture and quality is great. Highly recommend.

Once installed in the home it is relatively easy to program, the picture is clear and sharp, one couldn’t ask for a better television.

Our only complaint is that you have to turn the volume way up to hear. It’s crazy that you can turn it up to 80 and sometimes you still can’t hear it.

Normally I’d wait to review, but it’s a very nice upgrade from our 2012 tv. The color is vivid and the sound from the speakers is great, no sound bar needed!

Picture quality is so good. Paired up well with a Bose sound system. Happy we replaced a 13 yr old Samsung. Same great quality!

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung CU7000 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi disconnecting from the TV.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
Finally, if you think it might be your connection, try the following:
1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

I changed from Vizio to Samsung and I like the picture better but the delay to change channels and the functionality of the Samsung system isn't as good as Vizio's. Other than that its a good buy.
