Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust the volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for more than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appear.
You can learn how to use the Samsung Smart Remote. Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide. Find details on how to use the Samsung Smart Remote. Press the menu to use a variety of functions of the Samsung Smart Remote.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t buy if you’re looking for longevity, bought this same model TWICE, with backlights failing each time after only a couple years - even with auto-off features enabled, and being diligent about turning it off manually when leaving a room. To replace the backlights is about as much as just purchasing a new one. Will not buy again, which is a shame because it’s an otherwise great TV for the price.
