Also, the buying process as stated by the in store sales person was misleading and caused me a great deal of anguish as I tried to exercise the price match guarantee. It did not go as smoothly as stated by the original sales person.

It would constantly switch to SamsungTV broadcast, which was annoying, and then the SmartHub crashed and couldn't be fixed, making the TV worthless for me. I got about 15 months out of it. Just to have a tech come out would be $200, or I can get a similar/new TV for $230.
